We had a fantastic day on the 14th October where the pupils participated in a range of problem solving activities and challenges in their year group.
As part of Parklands’ Healthy Eating ethos, we held Fruit Friday today, where we handed out apples, bananas and pears to everyone – for free! We plan on running Fruit Friday for 1 Friday, every month!
Mrs Wilson visited class 3MY today for some Italian Food Tasting. The children tasted samples of bread, olives and cold meats for their Geography topic “Where our food comes from”.

Assembly today was about Rights, Respect & Responsibility. We included a small discussion on the rights every child has, the responsibilities that we all have and the respect everyone should show to each other. Thank you to Mrs Patel for preparing and delivering this assembly!
